Information submitted through the form

The contact form may collect your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, selected capability area, subject and message. The information is used to review and respond to the inquiry.

No public file upload

The website does not accept attachments. Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, drawings, maintenance paperwork, aircraft identifiers, serial numbers or customer-sensitive information.

Server and security records

The hosting provider may maintain ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. These records may be used for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Cookies and analytics

The delivered website does not install advertising trackers and does not include third-party analytics. A short-lived server session may be used by the contact-form processor for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Retention and sharing

Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed for business communication, sourcing review, compliance or recordkeeping. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers or advisers when necessary to operate the business or comply with law.
